Practicing law for more than 25 years, Mr. De Martinis guides clients through their commercial and residential real estate transactions, bankruptcies, landlord/tenant matters, and wills, trusts, and estate planning.

He prides himself on remaining in close contact with clients every step of the way. He’s skilled at developing practical solutions for any challenges that may arise for his clients.

Mr. De Martinis graduated with a BA from Seton Hall University in 1988 and a JD from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1993. Following law school, he accepted a clerkship for the Honorable Richard C. Camp, J.S.C., at the Essex County Superior Court. He is currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the Federal Southern District Court of New York and the Federal Eastern District Court of New York.
